Beat Emotional Eating consists of 4 one-on-one lessons with follow-up work in between and costs 250 GBP.

Melike Sabak
Melike Sabak studied at Bahçeşehir University in Istanbul. She entered university ranked in the top 250 among Turkey. After graduating from the Psychology and Sociology departments with a double major diploma in 2016, she worked as a psychologist and teacher in various schools, including Nişantaşı University as a lecturer. She hosts a workshop called "Creativity’s Path", which is inspired by analytical psychology and existential psychology. She has been giving seminars and courses on the psychology of creativity in various centers for the last four years. Besides creativity; she runs programs on self-esteem, willpower, motivation and emotional eating. She has a master's degree in clinical psychology. She is interested in Lacanian psychoanalysis, art history and philosophy.
She lives in London.
